Welcome to EarnClass. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, checkout, digital courses, recorded lessons, course links, support and related services.
By visiting our website, placing an order, accessing a course link, downloading or viewing any course material, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About EarnClass
EarnClass provides digital educational courses in Trading, Investing Strategy, Crypto and Technical Analysis. Our courses are recorded educational materials designed to help learners understand concepts, tools, frameworks, examples and structured learning paths.
EarnClass is not a broker, investment adviser, financial adviser, tax adviser, legal adviser, portfolio manager, exchange, bank or trading-signal provider.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access our courses. By using our website and services, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Digital products only
All products sold by EarnClass are digital educational products. We do not ship physical products. Access may be delivered by email, Google Drive link, secure digital link, customer account, course platform or another digital delivery method.
4. Access delivery
Access is processed after successful payment and internal order review. Because orders may be reviewed by a manager for payment confirmation, fraud prevention, duplicate-order checks or access-control reasons, access may take up to 5 hours after payment approval.
If you do not receive access within 5 hours, contact earnclass.support@gmail.com.
5. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout and keeping course access private.
You must not:
- resell, share, publish, leak or distribute course materials;
- share Google Drive links or course platform credentials publicly;
- copy, repackage or upload our lessons, videos, files, text, screenshots or course materials;
- use our course materials to create a competing product;
- bypass security, access controls or download restrictions.
We may suspend or revoke access if we reasonably believe access is being misused, shared, resold, leaked, disputed fraudulently or used in violation of these Terms.
6. Educational purpose only
All EarnClass materials are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide personalized financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, tax advice, legal advice or guaranteed income methods.
7. No income or result guarantees
We do not guarantee that you will earn money, make profits, avoid losses, improve financial results, get employment, become profitable or achieve any specific outcome.
Examples, testimonials, screenshots, charts, case studies and demonstrations are educational only and are not promises, guarantees, projections or typical-result claims.
8. Trading, investing and crypto risk
Trading, investing and crypto-related activities involve significant risk and may result in financial loss. Markets can move quickly and unpredictably. Past performance, examples, backtests and historical charts do not guarantee future results.
You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
9. Payments
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and Shopify checkout infrastructure. We do not store your full card number. Payment approval, payment failure, fraud review, card verification and charge authorization may be handled by Shopify, banks, card networks and payment providers.
10. Pricing, taxes and currency
Prices may vary by country, currency, promotion, coupon, Shopify Markets setting or campaign. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply exchange rates, fees or taxes that we do not control.
11. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Because EarnClass sells digital educational products, refund eligibility may be limited after access has been delivered, opened, used, downloaded or made available.
12. Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a payment or access issue, contact earnclass.support@gmail.com first. If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we may provide Shopify Payments, banks, payment networks or dispute processors with order records, access delivery evidence, support messages and policy information.
13. Intellectual property
All content on EarnClass, including videos, lessons, text, course structure, images, graphics, files, design, branding and written materials, belongs to EarnClass or its licensors.
Purchasing a course gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased educational content for personal learning only.
14. Course updates and availability
We may update, replace, add, remove, reorganize or improve course content, access methods, links, delivery systems, product pages or course platform providers at any time.
15. Third-party services
We may use Shopify, Shopify Payments, Google Drive, course platforms, email providers, advertising tools, analytics tools, support tools and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnClass is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or economic damages, including lost profits, trading losses, investment losses, lost data, lost opportunities or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim, except where the law does not allow such limitation.
17. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or courses after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
