Digital Delivery and Access Policy

This policy explains how EarnClass delivers digital educational courses. This policy is used instead of a physical shipping policy because all products sold by EarnClass are digital.

1. Digital-only products

EarnClass sells digital recorded courses only. We do not sell or ship physical goods. There are no physical shipping carriers, tracking numbers or physical delivery times.

2. Delivery method

Course access may be delivered by:

- email;

- Google Drive link;

- secure digital link;

- customer account;

- digital file access;

- course platform;

- another digital delivery method selected by EarnClass.

At launch, some course access may be provided through Google Drive or a similar secure file-access service. In the future, EarnClass may move course access to a dedicated course platform.

3. Delivery timing

Access is processed after successful payment and internal order review. Because some orders may require manager approval, payment confirmation, duplicate-order checks, fraud-prevention review or access-control checks, access may take up to 5 hours after payment approval.

4. No physical shipping

Because all products are digital, physical shipping does not apply. If Shopify requests address information, it may be used for billing, tax, fraud review or payment verification.

5. Customer email responsibility

You are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout. If you entered the wrong email, contact earnclass.support@gmail.com with your order number, correct email and payment confirmation.

6. If access is not received

If you do not receive access within 5 hours:

- check your inbox, spam, promotions and updates folders;

- confirm that your payment was completed;

- email earnclass.support@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email.

7. Access security

Course access is for the purchasing customer only unless the product page clearly states otherwise. Do not share, resell, publish, leak or distribute course links, files, videos or materials.

We may restrict or revoke access if links are shared publicly, resold, leaked or misused.

8. Technical requirements

You need a device, internet connection, email access and a browser or app capable of opening the delivery method. Some files or links may require a Google account, browser compatibility, video playback capability or course platform login.
